This document outlines the data we collect, how we collect it, what we use it for and your rights with your data on Upraise.

What do we collect?

Upon account creation, we take the following information:

  • Discord ID

  • Discord Clan

  • IP & Geolocation

  • Discord Profile (Username, Global Name, Avatar, Banner & Bio)

  • Discord Servers that you are in

Upon bot creation, we take the following information:

  • Discord Bot Token (Encrypted before storing)

  • Discord Guild Information (Members, Channels, Roles)

  • Discord Bot ID & Client Profile Information

How do we use this data?

  • Geolocation & IP - upon account creation to prevent fraud & abuse on our plaform. We take security very seriously here and we do not play around with abuse.

  • Discord Clan - We only use the name and the badge of your Discord clan to display on your account on seperate parts of Upraise.

  • Discord ID & Profile - We use this information to identify you properly, without this information, you wouldn't be able to use Upraise properly.

  • Discord Servers - We collect the ones that you own and we use this data on the guild selection when you are creating a Bot on Upraise.

Subprocessors

  • Intercom, Inc: We utilize stripe to communicate with our users when they are in need of support. We may share information that will help us identify you to we are able to assist you with your inquiry properly.

  • PostHog: We use Posthog for our Engineering team. Posthog helps us identify and implement solutions for any possible bugs that may occur on the platform. We may share your username and Discord user id so we can contact you for more information if needed.

  • Saturn (Owned by Peach Labs; parent company of Upraise): We utilize Saturn for platform alerts & our state of the art paging system for our engineers so they can implement solutions to any bugs that occur.
